This project focuses on designing a user-friendly interface for a hotel service robot developed to enhance guest experiences during COVID-19. The robot will assist customers with essential services such as check-in, check-out, and key pick-up, ensuring a seamless and contactless interaction that prioritizes safety and convenience.
The design will emphasize clarity and accessibility, utilizing a simple and intuitive UI that guides guests through each step of their interaction with the robot. Additionally, the project were include the design on backend management system and promotional animations to enhance user engagement.
